Online Meetup - Principle No. 1 - Delighting the customer
Agile Lietuva

In our next meetup, themed to the 1st principle of Agile Manifesto, we’ll have a very special guest Majid Behboudi, who will join us from across the world.

Majid will talk about Design Sprints and will share his experience, tips and tricks of successfully executing them. As always, we’ll have an opportunity to ask questions to Majid to get the most of it!

A bit about Design Sprints: The Design Sprint is a proven methodology for solving problems through designing, prototyping, and testing ideas with users. Design Sprints quickly align teams under a shared vision with clearly defined goals and deliverables. Ultimately, it is a tool for developing a hypothesis, prototyping an idea, and testing it rapidly with as little investment as possible in as real an environment as possible.

A bit about Majid: With a background in Architecture and Semiotics, Majid has parlayed his passion for user-centric design into his roles as a User Experience Consultant over the past ten years. An award-winning designer and creative problem-solver, he has led and collaborated with high-performing teams in companies ranging from startups to multinationals and agencies. Majid has conducted workshops for a wide range of clients such as Canadian Armed Forces, design professionals, Academics, Pharma Executives,... He is an Industry-Partner-in-Residence for the University of Toronto’s UXD program and OCAD industrial design program. He continues his work in mentoring up-and-coming UX and tech students.
